Job summary

Reaktor Innovations Oy in Tampere seeks a Lead Developer to join its software community and deliver across the full development lifecycle. You will lead the team, help your team succeed, and deliver results with strong agility and technical guidance.

The role requires eight years of experience across back-end, front-end, and DevOps, plus leadership, consulting experience, and fluency in Finnish and English. A hybrid setup is expected to balance collaboration and focus time.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Back End, Front End, and DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of agile project management.
• Experience leading teams and consulting with client stakeholders.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side language (TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.js, Java/Scala/Kotlin, Python).
• Strong knowledge of at least one client-side language/framework (TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Swift, Java/Scala/Kotlin, React Native).
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Fluent Finnish and English.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities
