Job summary

KONE is seeking a Lead Technical Solution Designer in Espoo, Finland to join the IT Digital Enabling Platforms, Data Movement and Integrations team. You will design and support cloud-based data integration projects, automate data pipelines, and enable self-service integration across applications.

You will work with product owners, architects and partners in an agile environment to deliver scalable, end-to-end integration solutions and advance KONE's digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design or software development with a strong background in enterprise application integration.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and AWS services (Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, EventBridge).
• Proven track record in IT project delivery within agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, application owners, architects, and stakeholders to clarify business needs and uncover integration opportunities.
• Create fit-for-purpose designs for prioritized items, considering functional and non-functional aspects.
• Own the end-to-end IT solution design for integration assets.
• Lead requirement-gathering workshops and translate needs into technical specifications.
• Manage development and testing with implementation partners.
• Support the product owner in updating roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs.
