Veikkaus is seeking a Lead AI-Native Developer to steer our web engineering pods in an AI-native model. You will build features across the TypeScript/React/Astro/Node.js stack on AWS while guiding autonomous AI agents in implementation, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production experience with core web stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js, AWS).
• Experience with AI agent systems: prompting, tool use, multi-agent orchestration.
• Proven track record delivering complex features end-to-end and evolving CI/CD/quality tooling in an agent-driven workflow.
• Ability to set technical direction for AI-native development and mentor teams.
• Empathy for developers and a drive to create AI systems that augment creativity.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-native development efforts with autonomous AI agents writing, testing, and shipping production code.
• Write and review code, mentor developers, and ensure reliable collaboration with AI agents.
• Direct how work is divided among you, your team, and your agents.
• Develop features across the web stack and guide implementation, testing, and deployment by AI agents.
