Veikkaus Oy hakee Lead AI-Native Developer -rooliin kokenutta ohjelmistokehittäjää. Tehtävässä kehität web-käyttöliittymiä TypeScript-Stackillä, Reactilla ja AWS:llä sekä ohjaat tekoäly-agenttien toteutusta osana tiimin autonomiaa. Työ on hybridimalli Helsingin pääkonttorilla.

Vaatimuksena on käytännön kokemus end-to-end-ominaisuuksien kehittämisestä ja kyky johtaa teknistä suuntaa sekä tiimin työnkulkuja agenttien avulla.

Qualifications

• Käytännön kokemusta TypeScript-, React-, Node.js- ja AWS-tekniikoilla.
• Kokemus AI-agenttijärjestelmistä ja monien agenttien koordinoinnista.
• Taitoa johtaa ominaisuuksien kehitystä loppuun asti agenttivetoisessa prosessissa.
• Tutustunut CI/CD-työkaluihin ja laadunvarmistukseen.

Responsibilities

• Johtaa Veikkauksen verkkosovelluskehitystä agenttivetoisessa mallissa.
• Toimia mentorina tiimille ja varmistaa laadukkaan koodin tuotantoon pääsy.
• Koodaat ja arvioit itsekin koodia sekä ohjaat tekoäly-agentteja toteutuksessa.
• Määrität teknisen suunnan tiimille ja seuraat sen toteutumista.

Lead AI-Native Developer

We are currently implementing an AI-native software engineering operating model for Veikkaus.

As a Lead AI-Native Developer, you lead our web engineering pods through an AI-native development model - one where autonomous AI agent write, test, and ship production code alongside your team, and you stay hands-on, writing and reviewing code alongside them to keep that collaboration reliable. Day to day, you'll build features and write code across our web stack (TypeScript, React, Astro, Node.js, AWS) while directing AI agents on implementation, testing, and deployment, decide how work is divided between you, your team, and your agents, and mentor developers adapting to this way of building. You'll work side by side with AI agents that handle much of the implementation, testing, and deployment - setting direction, reviewing outcomes, and writing code yourself where it matters most.

You will thrive in this position, if you have:

• Hands-on production experience with our core web stack - TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS - and a deep understanding of the agentic development lifecycle.
• Practical, hands-on experience working with AI agent systems in your own development work - prompting, tool use, multi-agent orchestration - beyond just using AI coding assistants' day to day.
• Proven experience developing complex features end-to-end, with comfort using and evolving CI/CD and quality tooling (GitLab, pnpm, vitest, Cypress, Playwright, Grafana) in an agent-driven workflow.
• The ability to set clear technical direction for your own AI-native development work and help your team adopt an agent-based approach.
• Strong empathy for the daily work of developers and a drive to create AI systems that augment and empower their creativity.

• Experience with our broader front-end stack - Astro, Zustand, Tanstack Query, i18next - or comparable tools.
