Job summary

Bluefors is seeking a motivated Junior Site Planning Engineer to join the Site Planning team in Helsinki. You will create and update facility layouts using CREO or SolidWorks and coordinate installation schedules for customer sites worldwide.

The role requires hands-on CREO/SolidWorks experience, reading technical drawings, and strong English communication. You will engage with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, quality site readiness and documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with CREO or SolidWorks through work experience, internships, university projects, or personal projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain laboratory and facility layouts using CREO or SolidWorks.
• Support site planning activities for customer installations and system deployments.
• Verify equipment positioning, utility requirements, and site readiness information.
• Coordinate installation schedules with customers and internal installation teams.
• Identify site constraints and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Maintain layout information in the Roima LEAN ERP system.
• Support customers with site-planning questions and documentation requirements.
• Ensure site planning activities are completed according to schedules and quality standards.
