Job summary

Bluefors is seeking a motivated Junior Site Planning Engineer to join the Site Planning team. You will create and update facility layouts using CREO or SolidWorks, coordinate installations, and ensure readiness of site infrastructure for international projects.

Strong English communication and a technical mindset are required to succeed. The role emphasizes hands-on CAD work, collaboration with customers and internal teams, and maintaining Roima LEAN ERP data.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in mechanical or related engineering field.
• Hands-on experience with CREO or SolidWorks through work, internships, or projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
• Strong command of English in written and spoken form.
• Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain laboratory and facility layouts using CREO or SolidWorks.
• Support site planning for customer installations and system deployments.
• Verify equipment positioning, utility requirements, and site readiness information.
• Coordinate installation schedules with customers and internal teams.
• Identify site constraints and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Maintain layout information in the Roima LEAN ERP system.
• Support customers with site-planning questions and documentation requirements.
• Ensure activities are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
