Job summary

Bluefors Oy in Finland is seeking Junior Mechanical Design Engineers for positions within our Configuration Engineering and Layout Engineering teams. Depending on the role, you will focus on customer-specific configurations or system layouts and 3D design, using your mechanical design skills with high-end technology and complex systems.

You will create and maintain designs with PTC Creo, produce drawings, and collaborate across engineering, product, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or comparable technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience with PTC Creo from studies, internships, thesis work, projects, or previous employment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
• Systematic, careful, and committed to high quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Independent, hands-on approach and ability to collaborate.
• Good English written and spoken.
• Proactive alignment with Leadership Principles.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain mechanical designs using PTC Creo.
• Produce technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Update designs and drawings based on engineering changes.
• Maintain CAD data and documentation in PDM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and manufacturing teams.
