Job summary

Creo Center Oy is seeking an experienced Senior R&D Engineer to join our Nordic product development team in Finland. You will design, develop, and validate mechanical systems and assemblies for advanced technology products with international collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, at least 7 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Finnish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of mechanical engineering experience in tech/industrial sectors.
• Fluent in English and Finnish.
• On-site work in Western Uusimaa region; travel within Southern Finland.

• Manage product data and engineering documentation in Teamcenter.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior R&D Engineer to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies for advanced technology products
• Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing documentation using Siemens NX
• Manage product data and engineering documentation in Teamcenter
• Support prototype builds, testing activities, and product validation collaborating with different suppliers
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering within engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or high-tech industries
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Extensive hands-on experience with Siemens NX and Teamcenter
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Finnish
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams
• Willingness to work on-site in the Western Uusimaa region
• Flexibility and willingness to travel within Southern Finland, particularly to supplier and manufacturing sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of semiconductor, vacuum process, precision equipment, or similar high-technology industries
• Familiarity with ASME and related industrial standards
