Job summary

Plandent Oy is seeking a motivated Junior Project Specialist (ERP) to support the ERP program with configuration, testing, documentation and data activities. The role involves collaboration with solution owners, partner consultants and local business teams.

Travel is part of the job and the position is a temporary employment until 31.12.2028, with growth into a full ERP Specialist. English is required; Finnish language skills are a great advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field or ongoing studies allowing full-time work.
• Interest in processes and IT/ERP systems.
• Ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a hands-on project environment.
• Growth-oriented mindset with potential to take on functional responsibility.
• Good English; Finnish is a great advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute SIT/UAT test cases.
• Prepare test documentation and track defects.
• Perform data validation and migration activities.
• Assist in configuration activities within Dynamics 365.
• Create and maintain functional and user documentation.
• Support Core Team across functional areas as needed.
• Contribute to Master Data Management activities.

We are now seeking a motivated and development-oriented

Junior Project Specialist (ERP)

Junior Project Specialist supports the ERP program by contributing to system configuration, testing, documentation, and data-related activities in various domains. Junior Project Specialist works in the project in close collaboration with the solution owners, solution consultants from the partnering companies and local business teams.

Junior Project Specialists from various locations will work together within Plandent Group, and travelling will be also part of the job.

Typical Project Specialist tasks

• Planning, coordinating and executing test cases (SIT / UAT)
• Preparing test documentation and tracking defects
• Performing data validation and migration activities
• Assisting in configuration activities within Dynamics 365
• Creating and maintaining functional and user documentation
• Supporting the Core Team across functional areas as needed
• Contributing to Master Data Management (MDM) activities

The position will be filled as a temporary employment until 31.12.2028. The role is designed to grow into a full ERP Specialist. In the future he/she will support future system environments and country rollouts while working in versatile role in business process development and acting as internal ERP knowledge carriers within the organization.

You preferably have:

• Degree in a relevant field, or ongoing studies in relevant higher education allowing full-time job
• Strong interest in processes and IT/ERP systems
• Ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a hands-on project environment
• Growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to evolve into functional responsibility roles
• Good skills in English. Fluency in Finnish is a great advantage.
