Job summary

Modirum is seeking a seasoned professional to design, configure, and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical designs, then customize Dynamics 365 using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI while supporting integrations with other systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with at least one Dynamics 365 module (Sales, Customer Service or Customer Insights).
• Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage data migration concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; fluent in Finnish and English.

What You’ll Do

• Design, configure, and implement solutions based on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform; Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions; Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems; Participate in workshops, solution design, and project delivery activities; Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and solution quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with at least one D365 module (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Insights – Journeys); Experience working with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI); Understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into solutions; Experience with integrations and data migration concepts; Strong problem-solving and communication skills; Languages: Proficiency in Finnish and English (both required).

Nice to Have

• Experience with multiple Dynamics 365 modules; Knowledge of Azure services; Consulting or client-facing experience; Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
