Job summary
Planmeca Oy in Helsinki is seeking a motivated Junior Project Specialist (ERP) to support the ERP program with system configuration, testing, documentation and data-related activities. You will collaborate with solution owners, consultants, and local business teams, and travel as needed.
The role is a temporary position through 31 December 2028, with a clear path to become a full ERP Specialist and grow into future system environments and country rollouts within a dynamic global group.
Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field or ongoing studies.
- Interest in IT/ERP processes and systems.
- Ability to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a hands-on project environment.
- Growth mindset with potential to take on functional responsibilities.
- Good English skills; Finnish language is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support ERP program with configuration, testing and documentation.
- Assist in data validation and migration activities.
- Contribute to Master Data Management (MDM) activities.
- Create and maintain functional and user documentation.
- Collaborate with solution owners, consultants and local business teams.
