Qualifications

• Finnish Master of Laws degree or equivalent qualification.
• Recent graduate or up to two years of experience in transaction law.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

• Interest in legal technology and AI-driven tools.

Responsibilities

• Support domestic and cross-border M&A transactions throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Conduct due diligence and identify transaction-related risks.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents.
• Assist with deal execution, signing and approvals.
• Provide legal analyses to support client decisions.
