Job summary

Avance is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Helsinki. You will coordinate and assist on private and public M&A deals, draft and negotiate a broad range of documents, and coordinate due diligence while interfacing with clients and the deal team.

The role requires a Master of Laws degree and approximately three to six years of relevant experience in law firms, with fluency in Finnish and English due to the international nature of our work.

Qualifications

• Three to six years of relevant M&A experience from law firms.
• Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
• A Master of Laws degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in private and public M&A transactions.
