Job summary

Roschier is seeking Associate Lawyers to join its private M&A and Real Estate teams in Helsinki for fall 2026 and spring 2027. You will work on high‑impact, cross‑border matters alongside senior colleagues, gaining deep exposure to complex transactions.

The role is designed for recent graduates or those with a few years of transactional experience. Excellent Finnish and English communication skills are required and collaboration across borders is a key part of the work culture.

Qualifications

• Upcoming graduation or recent graduate in law
• 2–3 years of experience in transactional matters (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication in Finnish and English

Responsibilities

• Work on private M&A and Real Estate transactions at a leading Nordic law firm
• Collaborate with partners and senior colleagues on complex, cross-border assignments
• Contribute to client service and development of expertise within Roschier
