Job summary

• Some technical skills in software development.
• Knowledge of both backend and frontend development.
• Fluent Finnish is required.

Responsibilities

• Continuously develop in-production systems and software.
• Provide service to clients and answer incident-management and service-request questions.
• Monitor client environments and ensure production continuity.
• Handle monitoring alerts according to priority.
• Work with logs, reporting, information security, testing, and run books.
• Develop and improve monitoring, automation, and ways of working with the LiveOps team.
• Occasionally participate in evening or weekend on-call work on a volunteer or standby basis.
• Take part in other development projects as needed.
• Work with diverse technical environments and client projects.
• Collaborate with clients, development teams, and LiveOps colleagues.
• Provide support, continuity, and small feature development for in-production systems and platforms.
• Improve automation, reporting, and developer experience.
