Verda, headquartered in Helsinki, is building an ambitious full-stack AI cloud. We’re looking for a Junior Solutions Advisor who can be the first contact for inbound prospects and understand their goals to map them to Verda's offerings.
You will explain products, prepare simple quotes and usage estimates, and collaborate with an Architect or Sales for complex deals. A curious mindset and English proficiency are essential in our fast-moving environment.
At Verda, we're building a full-stack AI cloud, covering everything from data centers and hardware to our own cloud platform that the world's leading AI teams use to do serious AI work. We strive to make a positive mark on the world through the infrastructure we build and give leading teams a service they can truly depend on. Headquartered in Helsinki, we operate globally with offices in London and San Francisco. Join Verda while it’s still being built - not once it’s finished.
Cash and equity compensation along with various fringe benefits (healthcare, lunch, wellbeing, and more).
Profitable operations with rapid, sustained growth.
30+ nationalities, with 6 different ones on the management team.
A real chance to make an impact and work alongside world class engineers, researchers, and partners across the global AI ecosystem.
Work mode: Hybrid, based in Helsinki
Level: Junior
Employment type: Full Time
Act as first point of contact for inbound prospects, understanding what they're trying to achieve and where Verda might fit.
Approach each conversation as a challenge to solve rather than a product to push
Navigate over our platform and explain our products for different customers and their cases
Prepare simple quotes, cost comparisons, and usage estimates, doing the everyday number-juggling that helps a customer understand what they'll pay and why.
Discuss, understand, and review ramp-up plan
Keep the CRM pipeline and inboxes tidy, tracking conversations and follow-ups accurately
Filter and route requests - bringing in a Solution Architect when a conversation gets technical, or forwarding a deal to Strategic Sales if it is becoming complex
A solution-focused, problem-solving mindset
A working understanding of core computing concepts: what a server is and, at a high level, what makes a cloud a cloud.
Ability to build a straightforward cost estimate or comparison and sanity-check the calculations.
Clear, confident communication in written and spoken English, with the ability to explain simple technical ideas to technical and non-technical people.
Genuine curiosity about AI, cloud infrastructure, and how customers might use them.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, trusting environment, with a willingness to take ownership, learn quickly, and move autonomously.
Ability to listen and map customer needs to solutions - or disqualify if not fitting
Know what a server is, what makes a cloud a cloud, and how GPU compute helps customers train and run AI workloads.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and an interest in GPUs and AI workloads (CUDA, PyTorch, vLLM, …).
Proficiency in English
Some exposure to sales, customer-facing, or support work (internships, part-time roles, or study projects).
Any hands-on tinkering with servers, home labs, clouds, or self-hosted software in general.
Ability to recreate deployments similar to our customers, e.g.: an open-weight LLM served by vLLM running on Docker with a Web UI chat interface.
Curiosity to dive deeper into topics matters more than depth on day one.
