Job summary

Verda, headquartered in Helsinki, is building an ambitious full-stack AI cloud. We’re looking for a Junior Solutions Advisor who can be the first contact for inbound prospects and understand their goals to map them to Verda's offerings.

You will explain products, prepare simple quotes and usage estimates, and collaborate with an Architect or Sales for complex deals. A curious mindset and English proficiency are essential in our fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand customer goals and map them to Verda products.
• Basic understanding of cloud concepts and GPU workloads.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; ability to explain tech to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for inbound prospects and understand their goals.
• Explain Verda products for different customers and use cases.
• Prepare simple quotes, cost comparisons, and usage estimates.
• Discuss ramp-up plans and keep CRM and inbox organized.
• Route conversations to Solution Architects or Strategic Sales when needed.
