Job summary

Neste in Espoo seeks a Data Management Specialist to join the Planning Support and Development team within the S&OP department. You will manage master data updates (SAP, Anaplan, Spiral), collaborate with key stakeholders, and help build reliable reference data for planning in the Renewable Products supply chain.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Technology, strong English, and proven data and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or Technology.
• Relevant experience or background in master data management or supply chain management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Teamwork and ability to steer your own work independently.
• Ability to work with complex and changing situations with flexible work attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and networking capabilities with cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical and fact-driven approach.
• Understanding of integrated ERP and planning tools & processes.
• Familiarity with SAP, Spiral and Anaplan as well as Google tools, MS Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Coordination and execution of master data updates (SAP, Anaplan, Spiral) including identification of development needs.
• Close cooperation with key stakeholders to align on the required master data changes.
• Supply and Sales market reference creation and maintenance.
• Input data collection and validation to enable planning.
• Defining and documenting user stories / needs for tool, data and reporting development.
• Leading and supporting prioritized initiatives.
