CTS Nordics Oy, the Finnish subsidiary of CTS Group, is seeking a proactive Junior Controller to join a lean finance team in Helsinki. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day finance questions, manage the purchase and customer invoicing, and support the monthly closing and group reporting.

Based in Helsinki city centre, you will collaborate closely with project teams and cost controllers, develop scalable processes, and gain exposure to AI-enabled tools and Power BI workflows in a

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 1–3 years in accounting, AP, auditing or finance roles.
• Fluent Finnish and professional English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, thorough and service-minded with ownership mindset.
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage outsourced purchase invoice process with external partner.
• Serve as service-minded finance contact for project teams and cost controllers.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices.
• Support monthly closing and group reporting with Country Finance Lead.
• Investigate finance issues and drive them to resolution.
• Maintain and update financial reports.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis for Country Finance Lead and group finance.
• Contribute to building a scalable finance function and new accounting processes.
