Job summary

Supermetrics in Helsinki HQ is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer / Staff Platform Engineer to lead cloud-native platform design, SRE practices, and agentic workflows. You will bridge product, development, and operations to scale our platform for humans and autonomous AI agents.

You’ll focus on Kubernetes, cloud systems, observability (OpenTelemetry), and IaC, building a robust, secure foundation and driving platform-as-a-product for internal developers across multiple clouds.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating large-scale cloud environments in a platform/SRE/architecture role.
• Ability to enable self-service experiences for humans and agents.
• Deep experience with distributed systems and Kubernetes across clouds.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for cloud-native platform, SRE practices, and agentic workflows.
• Migrate legacy services to Kubernetes and improve self-service tooling.
• Design and operate highly reliable, scalable multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure for AI agent interactions.
• Improve observability using OpenTelemetry across services and platforms.
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain high availability.
