Job summary

Supermetrics is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team in Helsinki or Dublin. You’ll be the sole engineer in RevOps, owning the platform layer behind our GTM AI agent programme and building production services on Google Cloud.

You’ll shape the evolution of the platform, work closely with Sales and GTM stakeholders, and translate business problems into infrastructure decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running production software with ownership when issues arise.
• REST API and webhook integration experience from scratch.
• Applied LLMs in production: agents or LLM-backed services with guardrails.
• Hands-on Google Cloud experience: Cloud Run/GKE, Pub/Sub, Scheduler/Workflows, Logging/Monitoring.
• Proficient SQL and BigQuery access to read/write data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain shared infrastructure for AI agents across GTM orgs.
• Ensure agents connect to Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk consistently.
• Own the GTM Agent Registry: catalogue ownership and last review.
• Set up observability, dashboards, and logs to monitor agent activity.
• Maintain data quality and act as write authority on the Golden Record (BigQuery).
