Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking an OSS Engineer to deliver onsite End User Services and production-site IT/OT support. The role covers hands-on support for end-user devices, production workstations, and IoT/OT equipment, coordinating with infrastructure, automation, and third-party vendors.

The candidate should have 3–8 years in EUS/OSS, strong Windows/M365/AD skills, and the ability to travel to nearby sites. A valid driving license is required.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of End User Support/OSS experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, or industrial/mill environments preferred.
• Willingness to travel to nearby sites as part of service delivery.
• Valid driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite IT contact for business users and production teams.
• Provide deskside support for Windows workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• IMACD: Install/Move/Add/Change/Decommission user devices and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft Office and standard corporate applications.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, asset tracking, and inventory management.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Application teams.
• Support field services, vendor supervision, and cabling activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
