Job summary

Stora Enso is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a major enterprise technology transformation. You will orchestrate the IT delivery of a strategic business system, collaborating with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external providers to ensure end-to-end success.

The role focuses on managing dependencies, governance, and clear stakeholder communication across an international environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex enterprise IT implementations, SaaS/cloud apps, and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Strong vendor and system integrator management with challenging delivery plans and estimates.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams in an international, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project management activities across the full project lifecycle from planning to stabilization.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, business teams, partners, and external vendors to align on scope, schedule and quality.
• Drive IT governance, risk, dependencies, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor vendor delivery against contract scope, milestones and quality expectations.
