Finnair is seeking a Business Manager, Inflight Products to lead commercial strategy for inflight ancillary services such as seats, meals and connectivity. You will develop customer-driven offerings, create business plans, and drive end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams in a dynamic aviation environment.

We are now looking for a BUSINESS MANAGER, INFLIGHT PRODUCTS to join our Products & Retailing team. In this role you will contribute to Finnair’s commercial strategy by managing selected inflight related ancillary service categories including seats, food & beverage and internet access. You will be part of the Products & Retailing team developing customer needs driven commercial offering that maximizes Finnair’s revenue and profitability. In this role, you will be responsible for the general management of selected ancillary services. You will contribute to our commercial retailing strategy creation and implementation together with the team and will be responsible for creating business plans for your own categories. You will drive innovation, steer retailing development and lead business development from ideas to commercial products. You will monitor business performance and customer experience and initiate actions in collaboration with stakeholders to optimize the profitability of total offering. You will work closely with teams across Customer and Revenue units, Digital and Operations including Inflight experience and Finnair Kitchen.
