Job summary

Finnair is seeking a Manager, Investor Relations to support the IR Director in preparing financial communications, earnings releases, annual reports, stock exchange releases, and investor presentations. The role also coordinates conference calls and investor meetings and responds to analysts and shareholder inquiries to support fair valuation of the company.

The position involves day-to-day IR tasks, drafting interim/annual reports, and interacting with private and institutional investors,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a listed company.
• Bachelor's or master's degree from a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of the financial markets and regulations for exchange listed companies.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and assess financial statements and related data are an advantage.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work.
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and team working skills.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills, both spoken and written.

The Manager, Investor Relations supports the IR Director in preparing financial communications, including earnings releases, annual reports, stock exchange releases, and investor presentations. The role also coordinates conference calls and investor meetings, assists in responding to analysts and shareholder inquiries, and helps ensure a clear and accurate understanding of Finnair's financial performance and strategy to support fair valuation of the company.

• Drafting process of regulated releases (stock exchange releases and investor news) according to market regulations .
• Interaction with private investors
• Acting as a contact point with institutional investors and analysts .

Our expectations:
