Job summary

The European Investment Bank, based in Luxembourg, is seeking an Associate Internal Communications Specialist to support PJ's communications strategy across the Directorate. You will develop clear, engaging content and help deliver intranet updates, events and presentations in collaboration with the PJ Internal Communications Officer.

You will contribute to maintaining coherent messaging, coordinating with other services, and ensuring alignment with Bank policies.

Qualifications

• University degree, minimum an equivalent to a Bachelor, preferably in Communications or another relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications teams and/or creative agencies.
• Experience in writing/editing, audiovisual, marketing communications, event management, campaign planning and delivery, branding or social media.

Responsibilities

• Identify communication needs and develop appropriate communication solutions for PJ audiences.
• Identify topics and stories to share internally within PJ and with other services.
• Prepare high-quality, engaging content for the PJ internal communications pipeline.
• Support the organisation of events following PJ guidelines.
• Assist in preparing presentations aligned with PJ standards.
• Maintain PJ intranet pages ensuring content is up to date and brand compliant.
• Contribute to procedures and guidance for PJ internal communication in line with Bank policies.
• Support awareness sessions and training on internal communication topics.
