Job summary

Sofigate is seeking a Senior Capability Designer in Helsinki to lead business and technology transformations. The role sits at the intersection of management consulting, enterprise architecture, and transformation leadership, with responsibility for connecting strategy, design, and execution.

You will assess capabilities and technology landscapes, create actionable roadmaps, and may take on interim CIO or leadership duties to guide transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in management consulting, enterprise architecture, or CIO/technology leadership.
• Ability to lead complex business and technology transformation work.
• Experience translating strategy into concrete organisational and technology actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business capability design and transformation assignments from diagnosis to roadmap and mobilisation.
• Advise executive teams and boards on priorities, investments, risks and trade-offs.
• Design operating models, governance, and portfolio structures for enterprise transformations.
• Translate strategic objectives into prioritised transformation roadmaps and executable plans.
• Collaborate with process experts and architects to ensure implementable designs.
• Facilitate workshops and decision-making with C-level stakeholders.
• Create clear recommendations, business cases, and executive materials.
• Lead multi-track customer engagements and drive transformation programs.
