Job summary

Neste, the world’s leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel, invites applications for an Intelligent Automation Developer role at its Espoo, Finland headquarters. The role combines hands‑on development with active business engagement to automate processes using UiPath and other Intelligent Automation tools.

You will work with a growing team across Finland and the Baltic states, supporting transformation as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is implemented.

Qualifications

• Must‑have hands‑on automation development experience.
• Strong collaboration with business units and stakeholders required.
• Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath/Blue Prism) and programming languages.
• Knowledge of GDPR and Know Your Customer guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with business units to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Intelligent Automation solutions with stakeholders.
• Design innovative automation solutions with a proactive mindset.
• Define and improve automation standards with cross‑team collaboration.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SDDs.
• Participate in UAT with internal customers and monitor after deployment.
• Keep up with automation tech developments and share knowledge.
• Attend Scrum meetings and contribute to Sprint deliverables.
