Job summary

Fellowmind Finland is seeking an Information Security Officer to strengthen and develop our information security program. You will lead governance, risk management and the ISMS, collaborating with IT, Legal, HR and delivery teams to translate security requirements into actionable practices.

You will work with stakeholders across Finland and the Fellowmind Group, balancing business needs with regulatory compliance, including GDPR, NIS2 and EU AI guidance.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in information security, security governance, risk management or compliance.
• Practical knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and experience in maintaining or developing an ISMS.
• Understanding of GDPR, NIS2 and EU AI regulatory landscape.
• Good technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments and core security controls.
• Ability to work independently and drive progress by engaging stakeholders across the organisation.
• Professional working proficiency in Finnish and English, with ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A relevant educational background or equivalent hands-on experience in information security or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead information security development for Fellowmind Finland and act as the primary security contact.
• Maintain oversight of objectives, risks, and security implementation locally.
• Coordinate governance, risk management and improvement activities.
• Support security controls implementation and risk-based prioritisation.
• Collaborate across functions to align business, technology and compliance perspectives.
