Job summary

• 2–3 years of professional data protection experience.

• Excellent negotiation skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Confident communication in Finnish and English; Swedish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise business departments and management on data protection matters and related topics.
• Manage the data protection management system and support integrated management (e.g., information security, compliance).
• Work in project teams on topics like Big Data and AI, ensuring compliant design of processes and services.
• Develop data protection policies, conduct audits, and implement organisational/technical measures.
• Monitor legal developments and customer requirements to derive actions.
• Design and deliver data protection training sessions.
