Job summary

Finnair is seeking a Business Manager, Inflight Products to lead commercial strategy for inflight ancillary services such as seats, meals and connectivity. You will develop customer-driven offerings, create business plans, and drive end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams in a dynamic aviation environment.

The role requires a master's degree and 3–5 years in product/business management or related fields, with strong English and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Experience solving complex business problems using data.
• Ability to create business analyses and cases and understand consumer needs.
• Experience in strategy, portfolio and/or product management.
• Digital service creation and development experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage selected inflight ancillary services (seats, food & beverage, internet).
• Develop commercial offering aligned with revenue objectives.
• Create business plans and financial forecasts for categories.
• Drive innovation and retailing development from ideas to products.
• Monitor performance and customer experience; act to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with Customer and Revenue units, Digital and Operations teams.
