Job summary

CMS Construction Management Solutions Oy seeks a Project Scheduler for an industrial project in the Oulu region, Finland. You will join the project organization to prepare, maintain and monitor schedules, and work with management, site teams and other stakeholders to keep progress visible and current.

Responsibilities include updating schedules, tracking milestones and dependencies, identifying deviations, and preparing forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling for industrial or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, dependencies and progress monitoring.
• Good IT and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, maintaining and updating project schedules
• Monitoring project progress against the agreed schedule
• Tracking key milestones, dependencies and critical paths
• Identifying schedule deviations, delays and potential risks
• Preparing schedule forecasts and progress reports
• Collecting and coordinating schedule information from different project parties
• Supporting the follow-up of work progress and upcoming activities
• Reporting schedule status and relevant changes to the project organization
• Working closely with project management, site teams and other project stakeholders
