Job summary

Manpower is recruiting ICT / Data support to assist in the development and maintenance of ECHA's IT tools and their functionalities. The role covers helping with design, programming, and resolution of tool-related questions and tasks.

The assignment is a fixed-term, full-time position in Helsinki, Finland, based in the city center in an international, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT tools, databases and procedures (e.g., SQL, BI, SAP).
• Ability to analyse customer or stakeholder needs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Job description

ICT / Data support to cover assignments that provide support to the development of ECHA's IT tools and its functionalities, that support the design, programming and maintenance of software, that support to the resolution of submission and IT tools related questions and other similar tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in working with IT based tools, databases and procedures (for example SQL, BI, SAP, etc)
• Experience/capacity in dealing with and analyzing customers and/or stakeholders' needs
• Customer orientation, flexibility, team spirit, sense of priority, solution and decision oriented
• Good English skills both written and spoken (as this is the working language of the Agency)
