Job summary

Griffdon Engineering Ltd. seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to lead all logistics on a major hyperscale data centre campus in Helsinki, Finland. The role covers planning, coordination, and execution of site logistics, materials management, and cross-team collaboration.

You will manage warehousing, deliveries, inventory, and digital platforms like Procore, ACC, and ERP systems, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery across Europe.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Logistics/Materials/Warehouse management roles.
• Experience on major construction, industrial, pharma, or data centre projects.
• Strong planning, organisational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, logistics, and material handling activities for the project.
• Develop and maintain site logistics strategies aligned with schedules.
• Coordinate deliveries from suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and internal teams.
• Manage material receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity and cost control.
