Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd. is assisting a client-side organisation delivering a major hyperscale data centre project in Finland to recruit an experienced Construction Health & Safety Manager.

You will lead safety activities, coordinate with main contractors and MEP teams, conduct inspections, RAMS reviews and incident investigations, and foster a proactive safety culture onsite.

Relocation support is available for the right candidate, and the role requires full-time on-site presence in Finland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Health & Safety Manager on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and best practices.
• Experience in high-risk, MEP-intensive construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee H&S activities across the hyperscale project.
• Ensure contractor compliance with safety procedures and legislation.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and RAMS reviews.
• Support incident investigations and lessons learned.
• Promote a proactive safety culture on site.
