Job summary

Safegrid – A G&W Electric Company is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to shape the user experience and visual interfaces of our intelligent grid solutions. You will collaborate with Product Management and Software Development to craft user journeys, build a shared design system, and define interface guidelines across our cloud and IoT platforms.

Qualifications

Substantial hands-on experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
Prototyping, layout design, and creating clear data visualizations.
Ownership of complex interface designs from concept to evaluation.
Evidence-based usability testing and design evaluation.

Responsibilities

Investigate users' needs and translate insights into clear design objectives.
Design information architecture, interaction logic, and workflows using wireframes and interactive prototypes.
Create the visual appearance of user interfaces, including layouts and typography, with brand alignment.
Develop and maintain the shared design system and reusable component libraries.
Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate prototypes and implemented interfaces.
