Job summary

Hitachi Energy Finland Oy is looking for a Service Project Manager to join our Service Business Unit in Finland. The role blends remote work, office time, and regular site visits, with primary locations including Lappeenranta, Vaasa, or Vantaa.

You will oversee maintenance and service activities, lead service projects, and nurture customer relationships through clear communication and technical service excellence.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in electrical engineering or related field with relevant power systems experience.
• Service-oriented with a solution-minded approach and strong communication skills.
• Basic IT skills and ability to learn engineering software applications.
• Electrical Qualification Level 1 is an advantage; driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage service agreements with customers and coordinate maintenance work.
• Lead and support service projects with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Perform on-site reviews and liaise with sales for service solutions.
• Establish long-term relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
