Tieto Caretech is building modern healthcare software to support professionals and patients across Nordic regions. We are seeking a Release Train Architect (RTA) to align architecture with Lifecare strategy, data security, and enterprise requirements.

The role emphasizes leading architecture decisions, mentoring teams, and delivering full-stack solutions with a strong .NET and web technology focus. Hybrid work model and ongoing professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Proficiency in English and Finnish languages.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and software patterns.
• Experience with cloud and DevOps practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and verify software architecture emphasizing the bigger picture and product architecture.
• Utilize .NET concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles to craft robust solutions.
• Lead and mentor web development teams using WebApi, Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, SPA, NgRx/Redux.
• Apply hands-on experience in .NET stack and other frameworks to deliver full-stack solutions.
• Implement SOA, IOC, REST API, Microservices, and Event-driven architecture.
