Tieto Caretech is seeking a Release Train Architect to shape the architecture of healthcare products. You will align architectural decisions with Lifecare strategy, data security and requirements, while mentoring teams and delivering robust full-stack solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in software, strong English and Finnish, and experience with cloud development (Azure), DevOps, and OpenEHR/FHIR knowledge. Expect a flexible hybrid work model and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive software industry experience with architecture and design.
• Proficiency in English and Finnish is required.
• Strong web tech knowledge and patterns for scalable apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and verify software architecture with focus on the big picture.
• Lead and mentor web development teams using WebApi, Angular, HTML5, JS, TS, SPA.
• Apply SOA, REST, microservices and event-driven architectures.
