Job summary

Tieto Caretech is seeking a Release Train Architect to drive architecture decisions aligned with Lifecare strategy and data security across healthcare products. You will lead full-stack solutions, microservices, and event-driven patterns while mentoring teams in .NET and web technologies.

We value AI literacy and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, and cloud development in Azure. A strong background in healthcare tech and open standards like OpenEHR and HL7 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the software industry.
• Proficiency in English and Finnish.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and verify software architecture with a focus on the bigger picture and product architecture.
• Lead and mentor teams in web development using WebApi, Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, SPA, and NgRx/Redux.
• Apply hands-on experience in the .Net Stack and other frameworks to deliver full-stack solutions.
• Implement SOA, IOC, REST API, Microservices, and Event-driven architecture.
