Tieto Caretech is modernizing Nordic health and social care with modular, interoperable software. We are seeking a Release Train Architect to align architectural decisions with Lifecare strategy, data security and requirements, while guiding teams across full-stack development.

We value 10+ years in software, strong English and Finnish skills, and deep knowledge of web technologies. A hybrid work setup and Azure familiarity are preferred as we build for broader healthcare impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software industry experience.
• Proficiency in English and Finnish languages.
• Extensive knowledge of web technologies and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and verify software architecture with focus on product architecture.
• Lead and mentor web development teams using WebApi, Angular, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, SPA, NgRx/Redux.
• Apply hands-on experience in .NET stack to deliver full-stack solutions.
• Implement SOA, IOC, REST API, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
