Job summary

AFRY Finland in Helsinki is recruiting a Project Engineer within the Process Engineering Services team. The role supports system engineering in your design area, drafts PFDs and P&IDs, coordinates subcontracted activities and produces process documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical/Process Engineering or a similar field, has 0–5 years in industrial projects, experience with AutoCAD and databases, and speaks English well. Finnish is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a similar technical field.
0–5 years of experience in industrial projects, engineering or project engineering tasks.
Experience in AutoCAD and database tools.
Interest in process plants, industrial systems and engineering documentation.
Structured and systematic way of working.
Good collaboration and communication skills.
Good command of English; Finnish is considered an advantage.
Willingness to learn and develop in project engineering and system engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

Participate in system engineering activities within your own design area.
Draft process flow diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs.
Coordinate subcontracted engineering activities.
Produce process engineering documentation.
Develop your personal skills and take part in collaborative internal development projects.
