Job summary

Vivicta, a Nordic transformation partner, is strengthening its strategic sales team with junior to senior sales executives to pursue large IT outsourcing deals. You will report to the Head of Strategic Sales and engage with C-suite stakeholders to shape substantial opportunities.

The role involves deal shaping, cross-functional collaboration, and possible involvement in joint ventures or carve-outs, with flexibility to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law or Computer Science or related field.
1-10+ years of experience in Management or IT Consulting, preferably in sales or customer exec roles.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent in English and preferably Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish).

Responsibilities

Lead or support sales on Vivicta’s largest strategic opportunities to drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solution.
Drive deal shaping, win strategies, stakeholder mapping and team composition.
Lead and/or support contract negotiations with Legal.
Lead or support internal approvals for deals up to global leadership.
Maintain a sharp focus on high-value deal-making in a dynamic environment.
