Job summary

Vivicta is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead software- and technology-related sourcing initiatives. You will identify opportunities to optimize spend and supplier base while delivering measurable business value and financial impact, collaborating with a 20‑strong sourcing team.

You will partner with Legal, Security & Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient sourcing and long-term supplier relationships. Espoo-based with Nordic reach.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of strategic sourcing experience with proven spend optimization.
• Experience negotiating significant sourcing initiatives in software tech and managing global suppliers.
• Experience in software licensing across IT infrastructure, security, compliance and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for the sourcing initiative pipeline and execute strategic sourcing initiatives with focus on software licensing.
• Maintain pipeline visibility and advise stakeholders with market intelligence and supplier recommendations.
• Develop category plans capturing opportunities, quantify financial impact, and guide execution of sourcing initiatives.
• Lead development and implementation of high‑impact cost and supplier optimization proposals.
• Lead negotiations for large, complex sourcing initiatives including RFI/RFP prep and contract awards.
• Support supplier lifecycle management including onboarding, segmentation, and contract management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security & Compliance, Sustainability, Finance and other services to meet regulatory and commercial requirements.
• Ensure procurement policy compliance and efficient purchasing practices.
• Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to overall team performance as a sourcing team member.
