Job summary

Vivicta in Espoo/Helsinki, Stockholm, and Oslo is expanding its strategic sales team with junior to senior sales executives to drive large IT outsourcing deals. We seek deal-driven professionals who can engage with executives and shape multi-million opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Law or Computer Science or related field.
• 1–10+ years in management or IT consulting roles, preferably in sales or customer executives.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish) is preferred or mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support on Vivictas largest and most strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Vivicta to deliver client solutions.
• Drive deal shaping, win strategies, stakeholder mapping and team composition.
