Job summary

Vivicta, formerly Tietoevry Tech Services, is growing its Oracle practice in Finland and seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant to join the team in Espoo. You will lead SCM advisory and delivery projects, collaborate with ERP, data and AI teams, and help transform finance and supply chain for Nordic clients.

Requirements include 3+ years hands‑on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, end‑to‑end implementation experience, strong communication, and fluent Finnish (English also required).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM solutions.
• Participation in at least one end-to-end SCM implementation.
• Proven background in SCM processes and data integrations.
• Experience in client-facing advisory and project delivery roles.
• Fluency in Finnish is mandatory; professional working proficiency in English.

• Drive workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery excellence

Vivicta is growing its Oracle practice in Finland, and we are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Nordic clients on SCM and Finance transformation initiatives, playing a key role in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM advisory and delivery programs that leverage automation, digital innovation, and AI-driven capabilities.

Role overview

As an Oracle Fusion SCM Senior Consultant, you will take a leading role in designing and delivering SCM solutions. The work combines hands‑on implementation, client advisory, and collaboration across ERP, data, and AI teams to deliver integrated transformation outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM advisory, design, and implementation projects
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on transformation and new development initiatives alongside managed services consultancy
• Drive workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and delivery excellence
• Act as SME for SCM various modules like Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Maintenance Management + Integrations
• Support pre‑sales activities including proposals, demos, and client presentations
• Collaborate with ERP, data, and AI teams on end‑to‑end transformation programs
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability growth in Finland
