Job summary

Biokasvuvoima Oy seeks a Myyntipäällikkö to grow customer relationships in construction, infrastructure, landscaping, and public sectors. The hybrid, full-time role spans Jyväskylä, Helsinki area, Seinäjoki, and/or Kokkola with office, client sites, and remote work.

You’ll identify opportunities, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and drive delivery satisfaction while collaborating with production and logistics.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or account management experience in construction, landscaping, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and solution-oriented selling skills.
• Ability to translate technical product features into client benefits and value.
• Excellent Finnish communications; English working knowledge is a plus.
• Comfort with CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to track sales performance.
• Self-directed, able to travel within Finland and balance field work with office/remote work.
