Job summary

Kaveriontti Oy is seeking three active and goal-oriented sales representatives to join permanently in Oulu, Jyväskylä or Kuopio, selling innovative cleaning equipment to corporate customers. The role is field-based with independent work, supported by a team and comprehensive induction.

You will cover your assigned region and contribute to business growth. You will prospect, contact, and meet clients, handling the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.

Qualifications

• Active and proactive approach to work.
• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Courage to contact new customers.
• Good interaction and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and result-driven attitude.
• Ability to plan and schedule your own work.
• Willingness for mobile work.
• B-driver's license and use of own car.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure corporate customers across designated regions.
• Travel within Oulu, Jyväskylä, and Kuopio to meet clients and build relationships.
• Manage the full sales process from first contact to closing the deal.
• Participate in professional fairs and events to generate new customer opportunities.
