Job summary

Nordea is seeking a skilled M365 AI Platform Architect to join Content Management in End User Engineering & Operations. You will drive the vision, target architecture and technical roadmap for AI enablement, focusing on Microsoft 365 AI capabilities while considering Gemini, Claude and other GenAI landscape influences.

You’ll ensure secure, scalable, compliant integration aligned with business strategy. The role combines platform ownership, cloud architecture, security thinking and governance,

Qualifications

• Strong AI, Microsoft 365 and enterprise architecture experience across large environments.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Graph, Entra ID and admin capabilities.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform and governance frameworks.
• Ability to create architecture documents, roadmaps and guardrails for secure AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Proactively drive vision, architecture and roadmap for AI platform enablement across Microsoft 365 and related clouds.
• Define guardrails for AI capabilities like Copilot and Agent 365-enabled scenarios.
• Design agentic AI solutions and reference architectures for enterprise use.
• Translate risk, security, privacy and compliance into practical platform controls.
• Maintain architecture docs, patterns and readiness for new Microsoft 365 AI capabilities.
• Guide stakeholders on architectural trade-offs and implementation priorities.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to inform strategic platform direction.
• Collaborate with governance, identity, DLP and admin teams for secure integration.
