Job summary

Norrin, an AI integrator, is seeking an AI Solution Architect to join the Applied AI team. You will design and build enterprise-grade AI solutions, combining architectural ownership with hands-on engineering to scale AI use cases to production.

As a Staff-level architect, you will influence technical direction, shape AI platforms, governance, and delivery across client engagements, leveraging Azure and IaC with Terraform.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in CS or related field; strong software engineering background.
• Experience leading ML engineering initiatives and hands-on architectural work.
• Deep Azure experience and cloud-native service knowledge.
• Strong Python skills and production-grade AI systems knowledge.
• Fluent English; Finnish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, enterprise-grade AI platforms and solutions.
• Act as hands-on architect combining design with implementation.
• Scale AI/ML/GenAI from PoC to production using MLOps/LLMOps.
• Design APIs, microservices, and integrations across complex environments.
• Own model lifecycle, CI/CD/CT pipelines, observability and cost transparency.
• Define governance including security, compliance, and model traceability.
